Wojska Polskiego 65 to ul.   Jak\u00f3ba Hechli\u0144skiego 4.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"break-words\">*Please note that it is exactly the same location; only the street name and numbering were updated.*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"break-words\">What changes and what stays the same?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"break-words\">\u2705 New legal form: joint-stock company (S.A.)<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"break-words\">\u2705 New company name: InventionBio S.A.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"break-words\">\u2705 New registered address (same site): ul. Jak\u00f3ba Hechli\u0144skiego 4, 85-825 Bydgoszcz<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"break-words\">\u2705 Unchanged tax ID (NIP 953 265 20 73) &amp; statistical number (REGON 362 077 315)<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"break-words\">\u2705 Share capital<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"break-words\">\u2705 All existing contracts, rights and obligations remain fully valid, no amendments required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"break-words\">We thank our customers, partners and employees for their continued support.
