A bit of history.
In 23 December 2020, Boruta-Zachem Biochemia Sp. z o.o. completed its legal conversion into a joint-stock company and now operates under the name **InventionBio S.A.**
At the same time, following the City of Bydgoszcz’s 2016 decision to establish a new street grid, our street address changed from ul. Wojska Polskiego 65 to ul. Jakóba Hechlińskiego 4.

What changes and what stays the same?

✅ New registered address (same site): ul. Jakóba Hechlińskiego 4, 85-825 Bydgoszcz
✅ Unchanged tax ID (NIP 953 265 20 73) & statistical number (REGON 362 077 315)
✅ Share capital
✅ All existing contracts, rights and obligations remain fully valid, no amendments required.
